These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the BuildRealEstateWebsites.com website and any web design, development, hosting, or marketing services (“Services”) provided by BuildRealEstateWebsites.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We provide custom website design and development services for real estate agents, brokerages, and commercial real estate businesses, including but not limited to website design, IDX integration, SEO, hosting, and ongoing site maintenance. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any project will be set out in a separate proposal, quote, or service agreement signed by both parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is brought current.
You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and access credentials needed to complete your project. Delays in providing required materials may extend project timelines accordingly.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and custom code developed specifically for your project transfers to you, excluding any third-party themes, plugins, stock assets, or proprietary tools/frameworks which remain licensed, not sold. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your service agreement. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be billed as additional work.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. Deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable. Any refund of unused prepaid amounts will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or website, including loss of business, data, or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, IDX/MLS data feeds, or marketing tools). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
