Payment Policy

Last updated: August 2026

1. Overview

This Payment Policy outlines the terms governing payments for web design, development, hosting, and marketing services (“Services”) provided by BuildRealEstateWebsites.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Deposits

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. The deposit amount will be specified in your proposal, quote, or service agreement.

3. Payment Schedule

Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your project agreement, typically upon completion of agreed milestones or full project delivery.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other methods as specified at the time of invoicing. Any transaction fees charged by payment processors may be passed on to the client where applicable.

5. Late Payments

Payments not received by the due date may result in a pause of ongoing services, delayed project delivery, or suspension of hosting/maintenance until the account is brought current. Late payments may also be subject to a late fee as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Recurring Services

For ongoing services such as hosting or maintenance, fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as agreed). Failure to pay recurring fees may result in suspension or cancellation of the related service.

7. Refunds

Deposits and payments for work already completed are non-refundable. Refunds for unused prepaid amounts, where applicable, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

8. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of the charge so we can review and resolve the matter.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
